The Human Dimensions in Simulation Division is a multi-disciplinary, cross industry community of experts representing members with a specific interest in the human dimension of simulation applications, practices and processes. These include all aspects of human learning and interactions with simulation, workplace training, user experience, social and cultural development.

Modelling & Simulation is the computer simulation special community within Simulation Australasia. This community provides specialist support across multiple industries. Modelling and Simulation works with, and provides specialist support to, the professional development committee in their role of improving the skills and qualifications of the members.

Professional development Committee for Simulation Australasia provides ongoing advice to forward the uses and endeavours of simulation across Australasia. The role of this committee is to review standards for the simulation industry, and provide advice for credentialing and accreditation.
